This website has no account, form, application analytics, advertising, payment, or upload service. It is hosted on OpenAI Sites and delivered through Cloudflare. Those infrastructure providers may process ordinary request, device, network, diagnostic, and security metadata needed to deliver and protect the site, and the edge may set infrastructure security cookies such as __cf_bm.

If you email BlueByJuni, the operator receives your address, message, signature details, attachments, and technical mail metadata. This information is used to understand and respond to the inquiry, assess service fit, prepare an agreed proposal, keep necessary business records, and protect the service from misuse. The sender's and recipient's mail providers also process the message.

Do not send patient information, medical records, identity documents, credentials, payment information, legal notices, or confidential clinic material through an ordinary first email. Initial Clinic Services research uses public information first. If later work requires non-public information, its purpose, access, transfer method, and handling must be agreed before it is shared.

Information is not sold or used for advertising. It may be processed by the hosting, security, device, and email providers needed to operate the website and correspondence, which may involve systems outside Japan. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to protect legal rights and service security.

Inquiry email and related business records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, an agreed engagement, security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations, and are then deleted or no longer actively used where practical. Copies held by mail, device, backup, or infrastructure providers follow those providers' controls and retention.

You may ask what personal information the operator holds about you, request correction, deletion, or cessation of use, or raise a concern by emailing the privacy contact. The operator may need to verify identity and may retain information where required or permitted for legal, security, accounting, or dispute reasons.
